Od vzniku v roce 2003 chce Esker Bus & Coach nabídnout integrované řešení pro existující potřeby dopravy. Nabídka produktů zahrnuje vozidla od několika sedadel po 57místné autokary.

Autobus FAST STARTER RHD byl představený v roce 2008 na Euro Bus Expo v Birminghamu s pravostranným řízením. Je dostupný až se 74 sedadly.

FAST Europe kicks-off in the UK

UK based Esker Bus & Coach starts distribution of FAST school and intercity buses

LEUVEN – Bus manufacturer and distributor FAST recently entered into an important cooperation agreement with Esker Bus & Coach UK. For both parties this agreement was a logical next step in the further development of their comprehensive range of services. With the new agreement, FAST Europe further expands its European distribution network. As of today, Esker Bus & Coach UK offer a range of affordable, cost-effective, profitable and high-quality vehicles for the UK school and intercity bus markets.

Initially, FAST Europe were planning the introduction of a full FAST subsidiary in the UK. However, due to the specific nature of the UK bus & coach market, the advantages and experience of Esker Bus & Coach, the many similarities between the two companies and the current market situation, a broad cooperation proved to be the best opportunity by far. For instance because the key values of the two companies also match, commitment and enthusiasm in every aspect, always with a central role for the customer. Consequently, FAST Europe are convinced of the success of the FAST product range in the UK. All the more because of the continuously growing demand for real value-for-money buses due to the current economic crisis.

At its establishment in 2003, Esker Bus & Coach wanted to offer an integrated solution to all existing transportation needs. Their current product range very much proves this point, offering vehicles from just several seats up to 57 seat coaches. Herewith, Esker Bus & Coach are serving local as well as national and international transportation demands. Already introduced to the UK public during the 2008 Euro Bus Expo exhibition in Birmingham, the FAST STARTER RHD is to lead the way for the new cooperation. The right hand drive execution of the Starter, specially adapted to the requirements of the UK market, has since been awarded with very positive comments by leading trade magazines after extensive road tests. The first new Starter RHD has been delivered to Esker Bus & Coach for demonstration purposes and is up for a personal introduction at their facilities in Worksop. The FAST STARTER RHD is available up to 74 seats.

Both partners show their serious intentions and ambitions with regard to the UK marketplace by the appointment of Roger Clode as Sales Manager School buses. Roger will be responsible for the development of the FAST school products in the UK market. After a career at Cogent seating Roger has extensive experience in the school bus sector. He plans to introduce exciting new ideas and an active and personal approach towards private operators, the big groups and county councils.
