Východoslovenská metropole zakoupila 19 autobusů Irisbus Citelis 18m CNG.

(-aa-) Východoslovenská metropole Košice zakoupila s pomocí finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie pro svůj městský dopravní podnik (DPMK) celkem devatenáct nových nízkopodlažních autobusů Irisbus Citelis 18m CNG, poháněných stlačeným zemním plynem. Autobusy byly finalizovány ve Vysokém Mýtě (Iveco CR). Vozidla byla dodána již v nové městské barevné kombinaci, která bude postupně uplatňována na všechna vozidla městské hromadné dopravy v Košicích. Košice tak plní plán plynofikace vozidel MHD, kdy již dnes v ulicích jezdí na CNG celkem 29 článkových Citelisů, jeden třínápravový Solaris Urbino 15, ale i devatenáct standardních vozidel TEDOM C12G. Tuto flotilu nízkopodlažních autobusů doplňuje ještě osm starších Karos B732 NGS, které byly dříve přestavěny na pohon CNG. Společnost Volvo Buses dostala objednávku na 1000 autobusových podvozků Volvo B7RLE pro modernizaci dopravy v Panama City s více než milionem obyvatel s posílením systému BRT. Zákazníkem je konsorcium Transmassivo v Panamě řízené Colombian enterprise Fanalca Group, která vlastní dopravce v mnoha latinskoamerických zemích a je jedním z největších zákazníků Volvo Buses. Podvozky vyrobí švédský závod v Borås, karosérie kolumbijský karosář Superpolo (joint venture mezi Marcopolo a Fanalca). Vozidla budou osazena mj. automatickou převodovkou, ABS a EBS, klimatizací, kotoučovými brzdami a příklekem (kneelingem). Výroba podvozků začne tento měsíc a bude pokračovat do druhého pololetí 2011. První kompletní autobusy se do Panama City dostanou na konci letošního roku. Low fuel consumption and a high level of availability were decisive factors in the customer’s decision to purchase Volvo vehicles. Panama City in Panama has more than one million inhabitants. A major program is currently under way to modernize the city’s transportation system, and the 1,000 Volvo buses will operate on routes in all city districts. The customer is a consortium in Panama called Transmassivo and is led by the Colombian enterprise Fanalca Group, which owns bus operators in several Latin American countries and represents one of Volvo Buses’ largest customers. The order is for 1,000 city buses. The chassis will be built in Borås, Sweden, while the bodies will be manufactured in Colombia by the company Superpolo, a joint venture between Marcopolo and Fanalca. “This large contract is evidence of the superior quality of the brand’s vehicles, and reinforces our leadership in organized urban mass-transit systems, known as Bus Rapid Transit,” declares Luis Carlos Pimenta, President of Volvo Bus Latin America. All vehicles will be equipped with an automated gearbox, ABS and EBS, air conditioning, disk brakes and electronic suspension – an advanced kneeling system that lowers the bus side to facilitate boarding and disembarking for passengers. “Our vehicles’ low fuel consumption and the high level of availability logged by the B7RLE fleet purchased by the Fanalca Group in previous years in other cities of Latin America were decisive in the company’s decision to once again purchase Volvo chassis,” says Luis Carlos Pimenta. “Another strong reason for us getting this order is the excellence of our After Sales Services” Production of the chassis in Borås will commence this month and will be ongoing until the second half of 2011. 20 nových 12 m autokarů typu Axial ASD pro 52 cestujících dodala VDL Bus & Coach Atlas Reizen / Contiki Holland ve Stellendamu. Je to první dodávka Axialů po restylingu. Modernizovaná je především přední část vozidla. Během dodávky přišla objednávka na dalších 20 Axialů pro rok 2011. Atlas Reizen - obchodní značka Contiki Holland - byla založena v roce 2003. Kompletní v angličtině. 40 Axials for Atlas Reizen / Contiki Holland In April 2010, VDL Bus & Coach delivered 20 new coaches of the type Axial ASD to Atlas Reizen / Contiki Holland of Stellendam. The coaches have a length of 12 metres and are fitted with seating for 52 passengers. This is the first delivery of the restyled Axial. To give the design of the Axial an even more modern look, a number of changes have been made to the front of the coach. Since this delivery, VDL Bus & Coach has received a new order from Atlas Reizen / Contiki Holland for an additional 20 Axial coaches. This order will be delivered in 2011. Restyled Axial The biggest change has been made to the position of the windscreen, providing space for a wider entry door to facilitate easier entry. The design of the striking B-pillar, one of the most distinguishing elements of the Axial, has also been changed. This now extends over the entry door to the headlight units. A glass panel with the same shape as the window in the entry door has been placed under the electrically-operated driver’s window so the front side of the Axial is symmetrical from left to right. The mirrors have also been replaced with a new model having a more modern look. The interior is fitted with the VDL Create 100 seats, one of the models from VDL’s own range of seating units. The seat upholstery and baggage racks are covered with a custom fabric that was specially designed for the customer. As an extra convenience for the passengers, the Atlas Reizen / Contiki Holland coaches have been standard equipped with charging points for mobile phones and laptops. Atlas Reizen - trade name Contiki Holland - was founded in 2003. The company has carried on and expanded the activities of Vermaats Autobedrijf / Europa Express. Atlas Reizen B.V. is a subsidiary of the Travel Corporation, the group which also includes international tour operator Contiki Holidays. The company moved from Hellevoetsluis to a new location in Stellendam in 2005. The fleet is among the newest in the Netherlands and currently consists of 84 coaches. Testovací jízdy bez cestujících začaly na severu peruánské metropole Lima. Vysokokapacitní oddělený koridor (španělská zkratka je Cosac) přidal dvě nové dráhy od hlavního nádraží do průmyslového parku "El Trabajo ve čtvrti San Martin de Porres. V souladu s prohlášením limského zastupitelstva je zde v testovacím provozu 8 autobusů - 4 pro každý směr. V oficiálním provozu to bude 32 - 16 v každém směru. V testovacím provozu při přibližně 25 minutovém okruhu bude realizováno vybavení na zastávkách a řidiči získají zkušenosti s trasou. Z NGV Journalu. Kompletní v angličtině. Metropolitan corridor, also working in Northern Lima Trials without passengers began in the north of Metropolitan Lima this week. Z piatkového odovzdania novej Setry 419 GT-HD, ktorá je zároveň míľnikom vo vozovom parku dopravcu TURANCAR.

Nová faceliftová Setra 419 GT-HD, je významným míľnikom vo flotile dopravcu TURANCAR. Jej nákupom dopravca vlastní už viac ako 40 autobusov z dielne Mercedes-Benz, resp. Setra. Zároveň je 60. autobusom vo vozovom parku a tiež celkovo 101. vozidlom vo flotile dopravcu. Nová Setra 419 GT-HD si zaslúži náležitú pozornosť. Je totiž prvým vozidlom tohto typu na Slovensku a v tomto 15-metrovom prevedení patrí vôbec medzi prvé odovzdané kusy v Európe. K údajom podrobnejšej technickej špecifikácie a vybavenia vozidla sa BUSportál vráti v nasledujúcom článku a povenuje sa im detailnejšie. 29.5.2010: Děkujeme za upozornění čtenáře O. Volfa na chybu v typu vozu a za další informaci: Nejedná se o typ S 215 HL, (HL ani žádný typ nebyl), ale o S 213 RL (213 = bus o délce 11,3 m a RL = Rational-Linienausführung). Německá policie odebrala několik stovek autobusů tohoto typu. (pan) - Autobus, který by už mohl být pomalu veteránem, zřejmě stále dobře slouží a demonstruje výdrž značky. Vůz má tři modré majáky. Na snímcích parkuje v Hamburku před Dresdner Bank v blízkosti improvizovaná minibudovy s nápisem U4 , kde je prezentace stavby nové linku metra U-bahn 4. (Zajímavé je, že se zde v noci promítají na chodník šipky a okolojdoucí si mohou nohama regulovat simulaci řízení vrtné soupravy - to se promítá v horní části budovy, počítá se čas a délka ražby.)
