Na konci roku 2008 dödala společnost VDL Bus Finland 10 minibusů MidCity’s společnosti Concordia Bus
Finland. Pro VDL Bus Finland je to největší objednávka v historii. Minibusy se speciálními úpravami podle finských požadavků budou nasazeny od počátku roku 2009 na nové ‘Service Line’ v Helsinkách.
MidCity MLF 73-150 jsou dlouhé 7.3 m a postavené na podvozku MB Sprinter 515 CDI s rozvorem 4,325 mm. V kombinaci sedících, stojících a hendikepovaných cestujících na vozíku (specielně nízký vstup s rampou) lze přepravit 22 cestujících. Minibus má zvláštní dveře za zadní nápravou pro snadnější výměnu cestujících.

The vehicles, which have a length of 7.3 metres, are based on an MB Sprinter 515 CDI with the longest wheelbase (4,325 mm) and an extra overhang extension. The combination of standing, sitting and wheelchair passengers means the MidCity’s offer space for a maximum of 22 passengers. The buses are also very easily accessible for wheelchair users due to the partially low floor with a ramped entrance. Four MidCity’s have an extra door behind the rear axle which makes stepping in and out easier on busy lines.

10 MidCity’s for Concordia Bus in Finland
At the end of 2008, VDL Bus Finland has delivered 10 MidCity’s to Concordia Bus Finland Oy Ab. This is the biggest order for VDL Bus Finland in its history. The 10 MidCity’s will be deployed from the beginning of 2009 on the new ‘Service Line’ services in Helsinki. The construction of the buses complies excellently with the special Finish requirements for traffic in Helsinki.MidCity MLF 73-150
